I wish I could give each staff member a 5 star. Every time I go in they always ask what I’m in there for and if I don’t really know, I’ll give a general description and they always know just what to pull out for me. I met their general manager today, he was just as personable as the rest of the sales people. I ended up having a chat for around 20 minutes with him. What a good team. I've only been in the store twice but each time was so nice!! Emma helped me today and she was really friendly! I found this location after I had a bad experience at a different store that's a little bit closer to my house and I'm glad I did!

I went to five different places to replace my old vape mod. I stopped by one of the Erupted locations near 4th plain and the gal was super helpful. She directed me to one of their stores 11 minutes away that had exactly what I needed. The price for my new hardware came out a good 25% cheaper than other offers in the area for different solutions. These folks were very friendly, open, and willing to help. Thanks, guys. The Thelema Solo was a perfect match to my Nautilus 3.

I just won’t go here anymore. I don’t know if it is just bad timing but majority of the time I go there that sign is on the door saying we will be back in a minute and the door is locked. I get people working alone and it’s a safety precaution but it’s just become so inconvenient at this point I will drive the extra 10 minutes to go somewhere else instead of waiting 15 minutes for someone to come unlock it.
