Wanted to keep things local with a local owner but not with this store not anymore. As seen below customer service was not professional. At least show some compassion. I spent a couple hundred dollars last week. Yes, blame me, my hands did it, but the Mellow Fellow product was not durable and this was the first time this has happened to me with any similar product. You have the product in your store and talked it up to me and it fell apart while attempting to unscrew it for a recharge. The product shouldn’t do this and for an owner to talk up a product, you should stand by it. You should be the one to send it back not me. I’m sure you won’t notice my business gone, but others need to be aware of how customer service is handled if anyone else makes the same mistake I did.

Amazing customer service as well as a very tidy store and knowledgeable staff. Will be returning!

This is a great store I’ve been coming here for a while now and the quality of the product selection and customer service has never disappointed me.

Owner has a foul mouth and doesn’t have the common decency to censor said mouth when a 5 year old is present. Absolutely disgusting. Horrible customer service. Attitude. Etc 5 mins away but I’ll waste my gas and go somewhere else. Definitely won’t inconvenience him with my business anymore. Don’t come here. Not worth dealing with the management’s disrespect , and inappropriate comments around children.

The two girls working in here are awesome! Super helpful and informative and just cool to talk with in general. Will be returning next time I need a vape
