FAB CBD

I bought the cream for my grandmother. I paid extra for express shipping and it arrived days late. The worst part is the product is an absolute fail and had a hair in it with no response from the company when I reached out with concerns. This company lacks morals not caring about their products OR their customers.

We have been ordering from FAB CBD for almost 2 years now. You can tell how high quality their products are. We recommend them to our friends and family and tell them how much a difference they make in our everyday lives. We order products monthly. Our recent order unfortunately came opened with the top lids not being secured. Things happen but it’s all about how the business handles the situation. I immediately emailed the company because never in 2 years have we had a problem. The customer service team was so apologetic and sent out replacements right away! With their big sale going on I’m surprised how fast we got our replacements. Not to mention they added another product for the inconvenience. I can not say enough how satisfied with FAB we are!!! If I could give 100 stars for high quality products and customer service I would!! They definitely stand behind their products! Thanks again!!!!!

Do not order from this company. They twice cancelled my order after a week sitting in "processing." for each order. After I also paid for expedited shipping expecting the product in 1 to 2 business days. After 3 weeks of initially trying to order something, I gave up, as nothing ever actually shipped. Their custumer service is vague and refers to a dubious "escalation team" that doesnt actually address any issues. I cannot speak to the product, because after 3 weeks of trying to order, I never actually received anything. Trying to order from this company was beyond frustrating, and I suggest going with one of your many other CBD options. Beyond frustrated with FABCBD.

FAB CBD nails it on delivering a high quality product consistently but they also go above and beyond in customer service. They are amongst the few rare businesses that still care about their customers & take the time to respond to any question you may have. I’m a forever customer for both those reasons and I will never hesitate to recommend them! Thanks to the FAB CBD family, you guys are amazing!!

There's a reason this was in Forbes as the best CBD company in the U.S. Been with them for three years without a miss. And -- straight up -- some of these 1-star reviews look like paid hit jobs. Do yourself a favor: Try them out.
