What a great place! Not only do they have top of the line products, the staff is also very helpful and knowledgeable about everything! Sarah made my first visit to the store a great one. I will be back again for sure, oh and don’t forget to try some of the great flavors of Kombucha they have on tap! 5 stars all around for this store.

I love the atmosphere at Care By Design. I always feel like I am getting their best and most up-to-date information regarding the products I am interested in. The vibes are always so upbeat and you can literally feel the positive energy flowing. LOVE Care By Design!

I have been stopping in for a little over 2 years now. I am so impressed with the attitude and eagerness to help of all of the employees. Never quick to sell you on anything but discuss the positives and educate you on the different products they have. After 2 years, I know that I sleep better, and have less nagging joint pain because of the CBD Tinctures. I would strongly suggest anyone to stop in and have a conversation, and definitely enjoy one of the awesome flavors of Kombucha on tap.

I purchased the 1 oz. bottle of the Lifeline Hemp Oil Blend (tincture,) to address pain in my right shoulder and upper back. I was told to place this under my tongue for 30 seconds before swallowing. I was also directed to increase the amount gradually if there was no pain relief. I did so. I experienced absolutely NOTHING from this so-called pain blend. When I called back to report this, the sales person told me in a condescending tone that some people were looking for a bodily sensation and it wasn't going to "get me high." I told her I wasn't looking for a high, I just wanted relief from the excruciating pain I was experiencing. She suggested that I bring the bottle back and try gummies. I asked what the difference would be. She said some people react differently to different formulations. If the gummies didn't work, I could try x,y z, of other things they have. She could never explain how anything else would work differently though. I wasn't offered a refund of the $70.00 I spent on the 1 oz. bottle, only the opportunity to try an endless litany of products that may or may not work. The salesperson could not explain the differences between the products, only that "some work better" than others. I think I was ripped off pretty badly and I do not recommend this place to anyone that's seeking serious pain relief. The product didn't work AT ALL and they didn't stand behind it enough to offer a refund. In my opinion, this is poor customer service and a complete rip off. Avoid purchasing anything from here.

These products WORK! Get yourself a bottle of their sleep mix and enjoy! I’m one tired mom and this stuff is amazing.
