Above and beyond customer service. The manager, Dusty is nothing but welcoming and easy going. He is very knowledgeable about the products he sells and doesn’t push you to buy something. He was extremely helpful on recommending me the best protein powder based on my needs, I can’t wait to return and try other products.

I wanted to commend the personnel at this location. I stopped by just before Christmas for a gift card. The store had sold their last one that morning. Long story short, the area manager tracked one down at another store, delivered it to my local store, the store held it for me and texted me to let me know it had arrived. GREAT SERVICE!

I love gnc. And I go to this store every month. They had an employee who left there company. The owner was at the register and I ask do I have points I can use for coupons. He said I don’t have enough. So I got the app. It says 400 pts and a 10 dollar coupon. He said I don’t have enough points. Looks like i will be going to a different store. Which is sad!

Cashiers must get paid commissions on store brand products because I came in knowing what preworkout I wanted but got a 15 minute presentation on why their brand was better (and 2x more expensive). Crazy thing is the employee wasn’t even familiar with some of the most popular pwo on the market (jack3d & bucked up) and told me they didn’t carry them, until I found them on the shelves and made my purchase based on experience. I usually get my supps from DSN and now I remember why. Just went here because it’s so close to home.

I'm not a people person. Quite introverted. Don't really like talking to people, so usually not very happy when someone starts up a conversation with me. I just don't like to talk much. I went into this store on April 21st to pick up some sustained protein powder. The employee there was a friendly guy. He recommended some post-workout powder, which I went ahead and got. I'm glad he recommended it. Good stuff. Tastes great and I feel better after workout. Good store and staff seems friendly and knowledgeable, which I'm usually not in a good mood after having to converse lol. You need supplements? This is the place.
