GNC

First time I think I’ve ever wrote a review for anything but I seriously couldn’t help it. It’s 8pm on a Friday night, there are two employees in GNC and both of them are phenomenal. I walked in clueless and left feeling very knowledgeable and excited for my wellness journey, let’s just hope it sticks this time. Those two employees (wish I got their names) could and should be running their own nutrition center if they aren’t already.

The reviews concerning Anthony are no joke - he pushes the gold plan to an uncomfortable degree each visit and basically insults you if you choose not to sign up. I recently moved to the area and only just started going to GNC as this location is very close by (I genuinely did have plans to sign up there in the near future) but now I'll most likely avoid the store or at the very least stick to online shopping in the future.

I find Store Manager to be stern but knowledgeable in all aspects of GNC - related products. She is a go getter. Keep up the good work and killer instinct towards your job Heather.

The store is never open. I arrived at the store at 11 am and was greeted with a "will return" sign, indicating they would open at 11:50 am. This store seems to have limited operating hours, which may hinder their business.

This was the worst store experience I ever had. I saw a sale sign through the window saying buy one get one 50% off of the ghost products so I walk in. When I asked about the sale Tabitha quickly took the sign down and said the sale is over. When I asked more questions I got yelled at. Julian was calm and patient but Tabitha was the complete opposite. By far the worst customer service from her I will never be back. IF YOU HAVE A SALE SIGN OUT HONOR IT
