I love this shop! Tina is the best. I went there looking for a product that they did not have in stock, and without me even asking she had the product delivered to the store from another location within an hour and I was able to go right back and get it. Awesome customer service! Everyone else that I have dealt with there has been knowledgeable and friendly.

Pen not holding a charge and store refused to exchange product since it's "been a few days and used" how was I supposed to know, without using it, that it wasn't properly holding a charge? Waste of almost $40.
