The employees are so polite and very perfesonal they always have a smile and they always get you done and out in a timely manner

I have been using this smoke shop for a little over a year. The employees are really helpful and always greet you with a smile. If they happen to run out of a product they are able to recommend something similar. Love this place.

Ive spent about a grand here been going there about 4 years, IVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO RUDELY than the black female cashier this morning! Totally rude, unprofessional & a liar! If she worked for me, ID FIRE HER ON THE SPOT! Called & left a message for Mike, the owner, but he didnt phone back. BELIEVE ME, YOU GET BETTER SERVICE AT RIVERSIDE SMOKE SHOP, AND BETTER PRICES. Im glad they can throw customers away, ILL NEVER GO BACK AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I MEET!
