HORRIBLE! DON'T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!! I live locally to the store and ordered hemp oil online. After 10 days of not receiving the product I called the shop. Long story short, over the next week and a half got a different story every time I called about why I hadn't received my product. On the last call I asked for tracking receipts since supposedly it had shipped. They couldn't provide it. I then asked for a refund of the $50 I had spent. I was placed on hold for a long time then eventually hung up on. I tried to call back but, of course, the phone was busy. I finally gave up and accepted I was out $50. Save your hard earned money for a more deserving business!
Update:
No ma'am. This indeed did happen to me and I am choosing to not seek reimbursement or get "free" products and provide my order information because I do not want retaliation (since I live nearby) for leaving a bad review. I called 3 different times which is plenty of opportunity to provide me with the excellent customer service your claim your business has. Please take some responsibility as a business owner and accept that you have some flaws with your online ordering and fulfillment process.
