This is a review for SmokTech warranty repair. I bought Smok Rigel at my local store and in 29 days the unit randomly stops working. I paid to ship it to them and bought a back up unit to use temporarily. I received the unit back with a note that says it’s working fine. I put in newly charged batteries, charged on an external battery charger and it stopped working in less than five minutes. So now I have a unit that stops working and I have to remove the batteries and put them back in 5 to 10 times to get it to work again. What an absolute joke. On top of this, it now only draws power from one battery.

First off I placed my first order it took 3 weeks for them, to tell me it was out of stock so I placed another one I waited 45 days it got to last mile delivery somehow it got sent back to kure 3rd order I've been with about 30 days still no update. It's now July 12th I still haven't received my order. My 3rd order was placed May 31 it's now July 12th I will keep eveyone updated if I ever received it.

Dealing with a warranty issue with Vaporesso. They are essentially the middleman and do not get great updates from the manufacturers. The employees take alot from unhappy customers. It's a very frustrating process but I can't blame the location when they are trying their best. Wishful thinking would be that the manufacturers help out. (Cue laugher)

poor customer service items are defective or refurbished and sold as new ones. I bought a vaporizer SMOK model at my local store in TX, after 2 months of using it the vaporizer was not charging anything, since the beginning was working poorly needed to be charge all the time. so I did the whole return RMA process with headquarters in North Caroline, I paid out of my pocket to return the defective item the lasted 2 months of use, after few weeks i received the new item as a replacement, the new item brand new didn't work at all, not charging zero so wasn't able to use it.
I called customer service left message, emailed, they said cant give me another item because took me to long to aware them about this situation. they will sent you a refurbished or broken defective unusable item as a warranty.
The company is replacing the warranty items with defective items!!!
I cant use neither vapes and i lost my money since they wont give me anything back. this is my experience with mad vapes. be careful!!!!!!

Madvapes serves as the US warranty service center for SMOK. They were extremely professional and prompt in sending me a replacement mod. I received it without incident. Great customer service. Excellent job!
