Kure CBD & Vape

Great products and prices. A couple weeks ago I called to see if they had my juice and they didn't have it in the store. One of the guys drove to another KURE location and it was in the store waiting for me by the time I got off work! I won't go anywhere else!

I love this vape shop they are the only ones who have my brand and my flavor that I have found. They always make sure they have it for me, they also have a awesome rewards program they are always so friendly won't I go anywhere else.

GREAT customer service here! Juan takes the time to really talk and engage with you and answer any questions you have no matter how many questions you ask. Felt super comfortable here, prices are just fine and the products have been great! Will be returning! Very clean building as well.

Dillon was extremely knowledgeable across the board. I had many questions about a few types of products and he was very helpful. Its been hard to find a CBD store with a knowledgeable representative. Kure is my go to spot now.

You can find products much cheaper elsewhere. Their markup compared to competitors is anywhere from 25% to 100%. Being able to match the price doesn't make up for the hassle of arranging the price match. Especially if you are shopping for disposables, there is no difference in going elsewhere since their "2 week guarantee" doesn't apply. Too many hoops to jump through to make the prices acceptable and their guarantee only applies to certain products.Not to mention that most of the things the guarantee covers (excluding juice) usually has a 30 day manufacturers warranty. Making this "guarantee" only for trying juice. So use that to find what juice you like, then go to Vapor100 or Green Gorilla for better prices. Edit: Their response says it all. But since it was missed the fist time I'll reiterate that no amount of "customer service focus" or "being able to price match" makes up for the insane prices or the hassle that comes with checking competitors prices. Other than trying out a juice steer clear unless you wish to pay more for the same items.
