Love this place! Great customer service, excellent selection of juices and mods. I do all of my juice shopping here. Love the staff and their dedication to their customers. This is a great place to do your vape shopping, best place in Charlotte anyway. I simply won't go anywhere else.

This location went above and beyond! I have been looking for a milk and honey product for YEARS! If no has tired this before you have to try it! The name is very straight forward to the product. Ever have a bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios and drink the milk after? That’s milk and honey. Anywho. I walked In a week or so ago and spoke with Rosie about the product, seriously gotta go see her. So I get a call that they found some! Now why am I making such a stink about it? Because other locations within the Kure family have said they couldn’t get it and brushed me off. But not this location and its crew! I’m definitely going back here from now on I don’t care how long the drive. Walking in today I was met by Charles, extremely friendly and kind, which is very refreshing at 12 in the afternoon after working a closing shift at a restaurant. Meredith was also there and was absolutely helpful! She wanted to make sure I like the product, wants feedback back on the product so that if I don’t like it? THEY WILL KEEP LOOKING TO FIND MORE?! Absolutely amazing job Team! Kure, y’all did good with this team

I had a lot of trouble finding a vape that I really liked after they stopped making my go to, I went through like 3 different ones in a month going off of recommendations from employees at different stores. I went in to the N Tryon location and talked to Rosie, told her the issues I was having and what I had tried and she hooked me up with the best vape I’ve ever had. Haven’t had a single issue with it. More recently, she recommended me switching coils and I just tried it but am already loving it. She rocks, I love her, definitely go see her she’ll make sure you’re taken of. Employees like Rosie are why Kure is my favorite vape store in Charlotte.
