Kure CBD & Vape

Customer service was pretty good but geez when did Kure get so freaking expensive. Had a military discount plus the points for $5 off and still spent $75 on 2 of their house juices. The place I usually go to I get 2 non house juices for $40. Looks like my days of going to Kure are done. Prices are insane now.

Wow, I can safely say that Kat at the Kure shop in Noda provided me with the best customer service I have received in the two years I have lived in Charlotte NC. Kat went out of her way to take me out of my comfort zone, ask me discovering questions, and educate me on the products in their store. I felt comfortable and confident with the products and knowledge I received while I was in their store. As someone that values customer service, people like Kat give me hope in business’s investing in people who hire employees that are customer focused. I will be back!

The associates here are always incredibly friendly and helpful. I am very lucky to have them right around the corner from my home. Every time I go in, they treat me like they already know me. The selection of products, willingness to share pointers, and allowing you an overall unhurried approach to flavor selection are huge. On my last visit, two associates spent over an hour working on my old mod. It literally made my day, and tops the list of best customer service experience I've had in a long time. Thanks Kure!

Today was my 2nd visit to this location and let me tell you the customer service I received from Andrea was phenomenal! I went in and explained to her what I needed and the fact that I needed a vape similar to the disposable one that I had currently. She proceeded to recommend a few different products and actually EXPLAINED the difference in the options she gave. She was very knowledgeable of the products. I ended up coming back later that afternoon to do an exchange which Andrea made so easy and she didn't let me leave until I was 100% satisfied! I love this place and if you give them a visit, you will too!!
