Great layout, helpful staff, clean showroom. Now the rest: There is absolutely no reason for you to ask for my phone number for a simple purchase. Additionally, there is no reason for you to start inputting information from my license without my consent into your computer. In many states it is illegal to store personal data without gaining a person's consent to do so. Since I'm visiting CLT and don't know the state laws I didn't say anything. However, I will be reviewing them and if you're in breach I'll be filling a complaint with the state and BBB. Way to make a simple purchase complicated and create a terrible customer experience.

While this is a nice place, I am not able to shop here anymore because I am now in a wheelchair & there's no ramp to get into the store.

The staff here are helpful and nice, and generally very knowledgeable. They have *excellent* prices on hardware and coils, as good as online or better. They have a really nice selection of solid mods & tanks, too. But the juice.... The juice is honestly terrible. It all has this strange twang or aftertaste. They are really close to our apartment so we have tried so many different flavors of their juice, hoping we could find something we liked... But literally every single one has that weird taste. It's a shame bc otherwise I really enjoy shopping there. They're definitely my first stop for coils, tanks, and mods, though!

I had recently bought a brand new box mod from this location and the coil it came with was beyond amazing. Lasted over 1k hits, but for some reason when I changed the coil to a new one I had purchased, It started giving a really bad burned/metallic taste almost immediately. I went in to see what was going on with it and they worked with me to run some tests on it and see what the issue was. We couldn't figure it out but Cory decided to just swap it out for a new one, but he didn't have any in the color I wanted left so he helped me out with getting it from another location and even called ahead to let them know. Absolutely phenomenal customer service with them. Thank you guys for helping me out and making sure everything was perfect through the whole thing!

Brevin has always been so helpful. I moved here a few months ago from out of state, and he was here the first time I walked into the store. Brevin is extremely professional, and is extremely insightful with the various selections sold at this store. The store is always clean and always a great environment to walk into.
