The man who Wears the flat billed hat (I believe Johnathon) who works is awesome. Very Down to earth, friendly, not pushy, and memorable. he really deserves an award for his service. I just wanted to let MadVapes know u have a great employee with him and always leave a memorable impression.

I received the 50% off text message for liquids but when I purchased, I was charged more than 50% of regular price I usually pay. The clerk told me it was because of a “nicotine tax”. I don’t understand why I was charged more during the sale than my usual purchases. Do you have an answer to help me understand? Otherwise, I really like MapVapes liquids & staff at Cornelius location on Catawba. Give them 5 stars on day to day service.

Always above-and-beyond service. I brought my broken (way out of warranty) mod in and they tried to fix it instead of pushing for a new device. Wasn't fixable, which I expected, so they gave me a discount on a new one. It's worth paying a little more than online just for the service.
