Just went in a few days ago and bought this CBN vape, called wedding cake, and on their counter they have a sticker stating no returns or refunds, which is a disappointment because the vape that I bought has been leaking out of the entire bottom of the cartridge, resulting in a loss of a lot of product. $40 for essentially less than a gram. Pretty disappointed. YES you’re seeing that right! It is LEAKING out of the charging port. What a joke!

This place is the best. Stonewall, who is one of the people who work here, is always SO HELPFUL! I feel so clueless sometimes when I walk in and he is so helpful. They have tons of variety and great quality products!

Depending on when you stop in, the staff will either be really knowledgeable and helpful, or the complete opposite. Ended up buying the wrong type of CBD cart last night because the cashier didn't know the difference between "full spectrum" and "broad spectrum", and the product packaging (for their own cartridge) didn't help

The staff is not very knowledgeable here, which is a huge problem for a customer who also knows nothing about the products. I have been bought CBD gummies from here a couple times and have no problems with that, however when I came in on 6/21 and asked for a 'different kind of CBD' , I was unknowingly recommended THC, specifically Delta-8, in sample packs with 50MG each. The package is also misleading, because it says on the back that the product contains Delta-9. I was unfamiliar with both of these terms and I was told nothing about it, and believed it was a type of CBD oil that would calm my anxious body. The instructions on the label say to take 25MG, or "more if desired", and I ended up in the hospital on one of the worst nights of my life. I will not be buying from here again, and I recommend management does a better job of actually teaching their employees what it is they're selling, so they can properly inform the customer.
