Max Smoke Shop

Only one star because 0 isn't an option. The female employee of this shop is one of the most disrespectful people I've ever interacted with. She talks to people like they're trash and on top of that she knows nothing about anything in the store whatsoever. I'd recommend someone start smoking cigarettes again before even considering shopping at this store ever. I've always liked this shop because they have great prices and selection, but I'm not shopping anywhere where an employee talks to and treats customers as if they're garbage.

Great place and perfect customer service 🥰😘

We were on our way to eat and decided to stop and check out Max Smoke Shop. We entered and noted the place to be extremely clean. This is an added bonus in these times. We were greeted by Josh, who asked if we needed help. Keep in mind that we appreciate customer service, and Josh delivered. Josh is knowledgeable about the products and was professional when speaking with us. We ended up buying a smoking pipe and a few of the zero nicotine Razz rechargeable cigarettes. Thanks, Josh, for the recommendations. They are perfect! We will certainly be back!

Lady always has a poor attitude, rude, when I show up. This time she rolled her eyes when I asked for a military discount, then didn’t give the coins part of my change, just a dollar bill back. When I called her out for trying to steal, she threw an attitude saying “suck it up”… No, lady, you give me my change. Not my fault you hate your job.

I've never had a problem with this place before they hired the girl that's in there now. She's awful. She knows very little about any product, she raises her voice any time you express a concern and should honestly not be employed. Any other time this place is great, great selection of products but because of her they have lost my business and I'm sure will be loosing a lot more. Honestly-to the owner, I love your shop and always have but you really need to have a conversation with the girl YOU chose to hire. She is rude, unprofessional and an overall awful image to your shop. I truly hope you can teach her that the customers that come to your shop are the reason you make money. Having someone who is as unprofessional and rude as her will result in a lot of missed sales.
