I have been buying cbd oil for my dog from Medterra for quite a long time. Their product is consistent and helped my dog with anxiety. I have been grateful for Medterra’s excellent customer service (Soso) which is always responsive, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend Medterra.

I’ve had issues with delivery before but this last (and final) order takes the cake. They marked it as delivered when it never was. Then acted like it was my problem. Finally told me a replacement was on the way and, oh wow there was extra in the order at no charge! But no, that order AGAIN was marked delivered and never was. So I asked for a refund. They refunded without a single word of apology for the inconvenience as this has become a two month wait for products we never received. We will never do business with Medterra, or any of John Larsons other companies, Vena and Five. Beware of their bad customer service and fishy non delivery services which they somehow claim are delivered. I have no idea how that happens but it has happened three separate times with them. And that’s enough.

UPDATE: I added a star because Medterra did give me a refund. But I only added one because my order is incomplete. I ordered a 60 ct of the Max Relief and I received 2-20 ct even though the packing slip says it should have been 3 to make 60 ct. `````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````` I gave Medterra 2 stars because I've always loved their products. But their business practices are concerning. My local CBD store closed down, so I decided to order from them directly via their website. When you first connect, you're offered a 20% discount if you provide an email address. I did, and placed an order for the Full Spectrum gummies. The total=$70.99, and I got an email confirmation of my order. Then I got a pop-up for a BOGO deal on the Sound Asleep Gummies. I was out of the capsules I used to use, and it was BOGO so I decided to try them. The next thing I know I get an email with an update to my order where they didn't add just one of the 2x gummies, but two. So now my total is $261.45. I immediately hit the "contact" link to send an email, but their auto-response was that it could be up to 48 hours before someone got back to me. So I call in the morning to get this corrected. But according to the person I spoke with, they close at 5:00 pm Pacific (I ordered around 7:15 pm Pacific), ship the next day at 4:00 am, but no one is available to talk to until 8:00 am. So they could not adjust my order and refund me the overcharge. Their "solution" was for me to pay to return the extra items. I've used these products for years, and when my local store closed I specifically went to Medterra because those are the products I wanted. But they've lost a customer. Not that I'll need anything anytime soon because I have WAY more than I'd intended.

I have enjoyed a certain Medterra product for years. But I am never going to order anything. When I wanted it every two months, they would send it monthly. When I cancelled in frustration, they would send it anyway. The latest is an order that has been on its way "tomorrow" for two weeks after being placed four weeks ago and seems to have sat in a local warehouse. It's obviously lost. The customer service, which is among the worst I have experienced despite the low standards one has to expect this day, won't send it by quick mail. I company who seeks to provide relief should not cause more stress than it fixes.

Just another snake oil seller. I did buy products from they cause was trying to find out if these were useful but NO, nothing, no effect.
