GREAT customer service! very kind, helpful and knowledgeable about all of their products. their loyalty program (I think that's what it is called 🤔) is such an amazing perk! also, I think it is so cool that they offer classes you can attend. 10/10. this is now my favorite and go to store! looking forward to trying out one of the classes!

The employee working was very knowledgeable and helped us pick the right product. We also got to try 2 samples of a drink and spin the wheel so that was fun! Such a cozy vibe in the store, will definitely be going back!!!

I been meaning to write a review for awhile now. I would like to start off by saying you guys have a crazy selection of drinks I mean that in the best possible way. You have soda to mocktail to juices and seltzer 1000% better then the basic liquor store. I also would like to say the staff here is AMAZING 👏 all of them. However there is 1 particular staff member that is constantly goes above and beyond Osia. I don't like to play favorite but she is just so out of this world and breath of fresh air. She is always so genuine when her and I talk she always makes eye contact when she is been talked to which is pretty rare nowadays especially with the younger generation. I have nothing but respect for her. She always makes me and my husband laugh and feel so welcomed, we look forward to seeing her everytime we are there. I have been in the store when it has been crazy busy and I can tell you she handles it was such grace. Making every experience feel personal and that their needs are heard. Anyways you have one hell of an employee, She will be the one to make the difference one day, I personally believe. She truly has a pure soul. ( I hope she gets the recognition of it.) We can't wait to come in again. Keep up the good work.
