I was in Nashville for some serious bloodwork/scans and things ordered by a GI specialist. I became so nauseated and that led me here! Praise GOD, the young man behind the counter was so informative and knowledgeable. Not to mention his kindness when I became sick while we were discussing nausea relieving aids. I used the products he suggested and felt better the remainder of the day 😇 Thank you guys for helping me to feel better during my medical journey. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Their flower is okay, just doesn't hit or taste quite right. The vapes a solid but feel like the go too fast. I go through 1g cart 2-3x faster than a typical THC cart

I purchased CBD Oil to help me sleep here last week. I was told I had 30 days to try it and could return it within that time if it didn't work. Unfortunately, it didn't help me. Went to return it 3 days later and was told they had a NEW COVID NO RETURN policy which started the day before (2 days after I had been told I could return it). When I asked them to honor what they had told me when I bought it, I got so many explanations, including the lie that I had never been told that -- but I had a witness.....This place has HORRIBLE customer service. Even when I messaged /chatted with their staff to ask that this be corrected, I was told I would be contacted, and no one did. 4x I was told this. I even emailed the owner. NO RESPONSE. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!! I see the "owner" responded below. It's more lies. They never said the day I tried to return this that I could return it within 60 days of the restrictions being lifted AND never called or emailed me with that information. In fact, in the 4 times I've reached out to them, I've never gotten a call back or email. Nonetheless, that was definitely NOT the information told to me the day I tried to return it. AND it doesn't make sense that they can't take back open products at this time because they CAN'T re-use it -- they'd have to throw it out. So there is no risk to them. I can tell by the wording of this response that this was written by Harrison Hall, the "concierge" who backtracked on what he said initially and lied when I tried to return it. Again, don't do business with this company. If you were doing everything you could to serve your customers at this unprecedented time, you would honor your commitments when money is tight for people and accept returns as promised initially, instead of just trying to get away with keeping people's money or getting your commission. BAD BUSINESS. I've also reported your company to the Better Business Bureau.

Great CBD Shop very friendly staff and also very knowledgeable too. I had a interaction with a sales rep. named Harrison. He was so nice and walked me through the steps of the entire endocannabinoid system. Will be back for sure and be a repeat customer. The store was so clean and the atmosphere in the store was incredible. I did some research on CBD before going in, but the staff went above and beyond to make sure I knew what he was talking about in each step of the process. He even told me about their C02 extraction process and how it is the industry standard for the country. He also explain how most companies still use alcohol extraction, which could leave excess alcohol in the tincture which is not good for the body to absorb. He walked me through every product I asked about and we ended up deciding on the 1500 mint oil. I have had some issues with sleep in my past and he assured me that this oil has helped many people in the past get a solid 8 hours of sleep. Also, he suggested that I get a bag of caramel treats to try and that might help with the sleep aid. As you can see they made such a big impact on my day to day life that I took time out of my busy day to write this review for such a great company and a very friendly staff. During times of such upheaval with the covid 19 pandemic this company has been a shining light for the standards should have during such trying times. The safety standards were amazing everyone was wearing mask and gloves to protect the safety of the shoppers. They made sure that they gave me all the resources to be successful in my CBD journey. Thank you to the staff and the owner of this fine establishment to help me through such hard times with my mental health. They even gave me a free sample of some great smelling soap to try out for FREE. This was such a pleasurable experience shopping here, I will tell all my friends to come and visit this wonderful store. It was almost like a consultative approach to cbd ,the sale rep made sure I was fully informed on every single product in the store down to the chapsticks and cbd soaps. I really enjoyed the chamomile and vanilla soap smell and they even had a Bath Bomb that was in the same sent that I wanted to try but will get next time I shop with them in the future. Nevertheless, I want to try the delta 8 gummies too next time I visit this location in Green Hills. Harrison said it is one of their newest products and they cant keep them on the shelves because it is such a popular gift for everyone in the family. So, I asked them to contact me when they get some in stock, they have a wait list so they will call you when it is back in stock or even ship it from another store (their customer service is top notch) and super friendly too. I want to try everything in their store. But next I think Im going to try some of the beauty products too the face cream looked amazing too! In conclusion, I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for top shelf CBD oil with a staff that can walk you through every step of the way. Nashville cbd solutions is the BEST cbd store in all of Nashville, I would drive to the other said of town just to talk to their knowledgeable staff and I live In East Nashville, there are like 5 over near me that know nothing about the plant. compared to this store. I cant wait until they open a location closer to me.
