Nature Med Dispensary – Independence

I was helped by Mallory today. She had me smiling and engaged the whole transaction. She was thorough on finding what I preferred and her customer service was awesome. I've had great experiences at this location so far!

Edit #2: back to 1 star. Emailed as requested with no response. Just trying to look good for people reading reviews I'd assume Edit: Bumped to 2 Stars because they did reach out pretty quickly. Bought a Show Me 1g Disposable Vape and left town. Got to destination and charged it up to use and it won't work at all. Called in and they said to bring it back when I get back. Got back in town and brought it back and they said the return has to be done within 2 days or they can't do anything about it. Out $50. I do not recommend NatureMed. This is my 3rd bad experience

This is BY FAR the BEST Dispensary!!! The customer service is AWESOME! Lupe was fantastic and made sure I left happy with my purchase. I recommend this place 10 out of 10! I will be coming back til the end of my days! 😜 Thank you Nature Med and Lupe you da best!

This is our go to place! We always place our order online and it's always ready quickly. We're always in and out of the store which is very convienent.The staff is very friendly and pleasant to chat with! They're also great if you have questions or need recommendations. The store is clean and well maintained. They have GREAT daily specials and ALWAYS have great products on sale. They also offer $1 OFF for reusing your bag. They have a loyalty program that saves you $10 off your order per certain amount spent (I cant remember how much). Go check em out if you haven't!
