Spent nearly 3 years as a lead pharmacy consultant, recommending OCC for renewals. Not only would I never recommend them again, I will make sure every patient I know, never uses them again. The attitude of the woman on the phone was unbelievable and absolutely unacceptable. Then she hung up on me. Why? I refused to consent to them to charge a $125 surcharge when I called them to correct payment information on a stolen credit card. These people are pathetic. You should be paying NO MORE than $55 for a renewal on your rec. GO ELSEWHERE! Beware!

Straight forward and easy process from filling out the forms to scheduling your appointment. The intake person was very nice as well as the doctor. Was quick and even got in before my scheduled time.

I’ve had my card since 2021 and my doctor is always helpful always shows he cares makes me feel like a very valued patient and that is why I always come back and always recommend him to anyone that could use his help.

The process was a lot easier than I had anticipated. I should have done this sooner. The doctor was very nice and informative. I highly recommend!
