My first time in the store and definitely would have appreciated being told about your loyalty program and how to sign up. It builds customer traffic for a business but not if I'm not educated about this. I don't know if my $60 first grooming would apply. My groomer did.an excellent job and was very personable, but my dog's hair was cut way too short despite giving instructions. I was too stunned to say anything.

I like this store and visit often. I would have given it a 5 star but a young lady in the store completely disrespected me today by acting busy when I walked up to pay for my items and then when a new person came up to pay she stopped what she was doing and asked it they wanted her to ring them up. It was really odd because it was obvious that I was the next person in line but she did not care. Hey Pet Supplies Plus everyone is not made to be in customer service as a cashier. All I have to say is bad baby!

I went in with a rescue puppy for his rabies shot and the entire time we were in line, he was very noisy. He barked the entire time we were there and the staff never complained or asked me to leave.

I respect and support any business that helps animal rescues and encourages adoption. Their prices are fair and their selection of items is good. They offer higher quality pet products at competitive prices. Give this place a try. It’s worth it.

I take my yorkie to get groomed she had nice long hair. The lady asked me how short I wanted her and how I wanted her cut. I gave her specific instructions! I go to pick up my dog and I thought they was handing me the wrong dog. My dog no longer looks nothing like a yorkie she looks exactly like a Chihuahua! Why ask the owner how to cut THEIR DOG if you going to cut them the way you want. My dog has no style at all they literally just took the clippers and shaved her down from head to toe. I will never return!!!
