Prime Time Smoke Shop

Great experience, they have everything you could ever need and are super friendly and helpful. However, i have to go in the morning with my schedule and while they say they are open at 9 I’ll call and be waiting for someone to show up till 11-11:30 but by then i just drive down the street and someone else can have my business. This has happened almost every time i go so as long as you don’t need something before noon, they’re great. (I also saw someone leaving the same comment that employees don’t come in till 12 and it’s still happening, so i can just assume nothing has been done since the last person to say something which was A YEAR AGO)

Had an issue with a vape I purchased and sadly it took me over a day to come back into the store to see if I could get it replaced or if I had waited to long. Fortunately for the amazing staff, especially Bree who made the process very easy and helped me out I will always be coming back. Best customer service smoke shop in Jacksonville 10/10. Thank you again Bree!

The guy who’s usually there during the nights is super cool and a really good listener. If they are out of something, he’ll suggest another product that’s always a good swap.

I called for info about my vaping device, specifically, I was trying to find the disposable tanks that are compatible w it. They didn't have them on hand, but a day later, they called me & said they could order them for me through their vendor. Which was perfect!! Bc w ordering the tanks online, plus the shipping costs, & wait time...ultimately they made my life a lot easier! I just picked them up! Great store!! Tons of selection for disposables! Check them out!

Great little shop with plenty of options. They are open late during the week but even later on the weekend if you need to pick anything up. The staff is very helpful and their discount program works out really well if you regularly shop at the store.
