Very knowledgeable staff. Austin assisted me when I got the a new vape and he always remembers my flavor when I come in. I enjoy this store over others as they are always so helpful and courteous.

They're awesome. Great customer service! This is the ONLY store in the valley that can access receipts to all other redstars for returns and exchanges. So just a heads up to every customer out there! If you need juice or e cigarettes hit up the redest of stars. You'll be impressed
