I’ve come into this location several times recently. Every time I’ve come in Elliot has been on shift and she has been nothing less than amazing. Elliot has been able to provide excellent detail on the products but most importantly, all of these details have been accurate. Elliot’s customer service and personality has gained this location a new regular customer. Thank you for everything you do!!!

The vibe was off when I went to purchase product. It was my first time coming to this shop and I was met with a lady on her phone who had a very indifferent tone. When I purchased my product she stated she would’ve went with another product in the similar indifferent tone of voice. Every other shop I’ve visited in the area has employees who actually seem excited to tell you about their new stock and product, but I didn’t get that vibe here at all. Not to mention the shop has an overall dingy appearance, there were flyers printed on paper taped to the counter and not actually framed. Just overall appearance and customer service were bad, aside from that the product was good.
