Products are good, but customer service is trash. Put on an order and had gotten a different order from them the same day and really liked the disposables. I emailed to see if I could cancel so that I could order more of the other ones. Turns out they were out of what I ordered anyway, but refused to cancel, only replace with something else. Ok, fine, not a huge deal. We'll I got a starter kit for Stiiizy. The battery worked for one day then wouldn't stop blinking and didn't work, wasn't the charge. I emailed Alexis, they said manufacturers defect told me to contact that company. I contacted them, they said to return to the place I got it. Told Alexis. Again said it wasn't their problem. So, now no one will take responsibility and I paid for a product that doesn't work. Money down the drain. Very disappointed in the customer service.

I've been ordering Serene Tree's products for awhile now. The THC-A MOON ROCKS are my favorites, and I've almost tried them all! I have two of the THC-A vapes, Ice Cream Cake and Sour Diesel. I'm currently waiting an Oz. of flower along with THC-A MOON ROCKS to be fulfilled and sent for delivery! I don't anticipate any issues. I'm satisfied with Serene Tree. 👍🏿🙂

They're great and for any problems I have had they have always gone above and beyond to help out. To be honest, any issues I have ever had were because of USPS which they can't control but somehow they always took it upon themselves to replace the lost items. Sadly USPS is the only method that will ship out for them, was what I was told and I genuinely feel bad that some people are giving them bad ratings over something they have zero control over. USPS's incompetence should only be blamed on them...the Lord knows how incompetent they are.

Hater comments definitely fake. And computer glitches do happen, you whiners. As for me, this first time here at Serene Tree. Ordered the 3.5g of raw THCA Diamonds from this company. Super fast service. Excellent fast shipping. The diamonds are absolutely legit, work and taste great! Super smooth fluffy creamy clouds from they're diamonds. I experienced great relaxing, inflammation relieving effects and these didn't make me hack or cough at all. Going to order a second batch and do a update soon. I also seen haters here complaining about the 'weight is off'. Not true at all, I weighed the diamonds themselves, I ended up with 3.8! A little extra, which is very nice of them to do. Thanks Serene Tree, definitely will be back for more! I also love the way they displayed the diamonds, packaging, cool crystal looking jewelry box. Lol The photos don't do it's justice at all. Look much better in person.... ✌️ 😎 ✌️

After not hearing anything about my order after 7 days.. communication, communication, communication!! I sent an email to customer service-(Ben, Alexis) which was responded to promptly.. I was told the 'delta 9 gd father og pen' I ordered was sold out, along with the other 'delta 9-3000 pens'.. The thca 'BD cake 3000- pen' was sent as a replacement & it was not what I wanted!! However, after trying the 'thca BD cake pen, it is a good product!! It has good draws, great flavor, great feelings, works great & looks good.. Overall, I'm very pleased with the ordering process, great customer service, & prompt delivery.. My order was put in Feb 2 & delivered by Feb 16. Ty, serene tree, I'm looking forward to trying more products from y'all.. - Dale
