By far my favorite vape shop in the area! These guys are great, they have a fantastic selection and the customer service is always on point. I'm still fairly new to vaping and the employees here have always been so patient with me asking silly questions.

Came in with a mixed batch of old vapes and needed help building one Frankenstein out of them. Tyler came through and helped out big time! Highly recommended

Best place in town. The entire staff is always very helpful. Specifically Tyler at the Aloha location. Very kind, genuine and he always suggests their deals prior to purchasing. I end up spending way more money than I originally wanted to because of him! They have a great variety and flavors most shops don’t carry. Lychee Ice & strawberry banana are my favorites. I’d love to see a cinnamon disposable, I know that’s hard to find, but if it’s out there Serenity will find it, I’m sure! 10/10

Very disappointed. We have spent hundreds of dollars as loyal customers here. Excited when we got an email with a promotion that the store then refused to honor and claimed some conditions which were not included in the coupon (not even fine print) Go elsewhere unless you want to be turned away be false advertising scammers Update: no credit card was declined. They never even ran the card. She said she wouldn’t have enough so she never even ran her card. But this is just another example of the owner being dishonest and trying lie his way out of one star reviews. I have visited this store dozens of times and I could show credit card receipts for hundreds of dollars in purchases. Those purchases will go elsewhere forever and no doubt this store will go out of business as he slowly alienates all of his loyal customers who drive 20-30 minutes past other shops to visit his. I’ll save my time and money. Thanks for showing your true colors.

Showed this deal to an employee and he did not honor it. Said I had to buy JUICE in order to get the deal. UNPROFESSIONAL. Update: I see the owner responded to me, kind of hostile about my card being declined? I was 88 CENTS short on the products, ANOTHER customer standing next to me said “you’re only 88 CENTS short?” I said yeah sadly. The employee then after the guy said he’d pay the 88 CENTS for me, took the products back and gave me my money back and said, I only gave you the deal because you asked about it, and you’re supposed to buy a bottle a juice. Again, AFTER showing him the email SENT from Vlounge, he still said I needed to buy juice. (Mind you he read the deal word for word, and nowhere in there did it say I have to buy juice) I drive over 20 MINS to go to this specific shop, because it was one of my favorites out of any shops around. Spent hundreds of dollars on juice, tanks, etc. False advertisement at its best I guess it what yall do now to get people to come into the store. And yes I felt forced to have to still but a bottle of juice, because again I DRIVE 20 MINS OR SO to get there to buy these products. I live nowhere near Aloha and in Beaverton and make that trip daily. This is a shame.
