Went here on 9/21/23 (TH) shopping for a new vaping product and Jennifer was not only super helpful but gave the true definition of customer service! Very pleased with the whole experience, she was really thorough and made sure we knew exactly what to expect from our purchase. I can go on and on… you catch my drift. Will definitely be back and strongly recommend.

Every time I come in here, I am always greeted with a smile, especially from Brendan. He has got to be the most kind person I have ever come across! Since I am a regular, he has gotten to know my tastes and is always happy to recommend something new and his recommendations never disappoint! It's such a pleasure coming into a store that provides excellent customer service and great prices! Do not hesitate to come in here!

Went in for juice today and was kindly & warmly greeted by Jordan. He was so nice and helped me with the reward system and finding my juice. He was extremely patient. This shop has great prices and customer service. Its so clean and comforting when you walk inside. I literally Have a great experience everytime i come here.

This is my ride or die, go to vape shop for years now. I’ve been to a lot of vape shops over the years but this one is always the best one by far. They participated in the case that won against the flavor ban effectively helping to keep flavored vape juice in stock. The owner cleverly found ways to bring in CBD to keep the doors open during the pandemic. The people that work there are always very knowledgeable and can be very helpful with telling you about various vape tech or juices. They also have an amazing selection of flavors to pick from. I have never had a problem with their service as they are always friendly and kind. And you can always request a custom order for something they might now have in stock and are reliable about calling you if you want to be alerted when a certain flavor comes in your stock, etc. All in all, this is my go to vape shop. You won’t be disappointed!

Jordan was great to work with...He helped me get back on track! Highly recommend for service and affordable vape liquid! They have a lot of options for tanks as well.
