Went here For the first time today. I have been to many CBD places in the area over the past couple years. Although those places have all had good customer service the customer service that I got from Sam today was second to none. I will always come here from now on. Thank you Sam!

Honestly, one of the worst smoke shops I’ve ever been to the staff is friendly, but they don’t care! If you have an issue with one of their products, they will not help you because they don’t care! Please go to other smoke shops, stay away from this one!

Horrible experience! Go anywhere but here! Never in my life has money been denied at a business and it just happened to my daughter! My daughter had $6.50 in quarters to pay for the item she needed for her vape and my daughter said, “Sorry, do you take quarters?” AND The sales girl opened her till, flicked a couple quarters around and said, “I’m gonna say No.” She refused to take her money! A business refusing to take money! Unreal! Luckily there are plenty of tobacco stores around us that we can choose from because nobody we know will go to this place again! Edited to add- “They are not a gas station” that is what the lady behind the counter said when my SO went back up to ask why quarters are no good in her store. Fly high tobacco store. You are never busy so I hope you continue to make your rent.

Bought over $40 in tobacco. The 1st bag was good...but the other 2 were dry and crusty!!! Staff closed early 2 nights ago and refused to exchange, refund or give me a better bag of tobacco. Refused to DO ANYTHING AND STATED MANAGEMENT IS ONLY IN FROM 9 TO 5
