EDIT: I have heard from the owner of the store, who was likewise unaware of the illegitimate products on the market. They have offered sufficient compensation for this unfortunate mishap. Scam products are all over the place, so be careful! Several months ago, my friend bought a Stündenglass Gravity Infuser from the sister store in Columbus. When searching the serial number, Stündenglass confirmed that it is COUNTERFEIT MERCHANDISE. This store is NOT AUTHORIZED to sell this product. Because the phones for the Columbus store are disconnected, I contacted this store regarding the issue, and I was told by the man on the phone that he would talk to the manager at the other shop and then get back to me.
