I asked for Indica to be able to relax and sleep and the customer service girl gave me sativa. They don’t know what they are doing. Plus aren’t they illegally selling cannabis?

Caught them selling fake Al fahker crown bars snatched the box out my hand when I brought up why the bar code on the vape box doesn’t match on the Authenticator site (Al fahker) when searched up it says this product does not exist , store owner pulled out a taser and banned me from the store still no explanation as to why it says it doesn’t exist on the site . PLEASE STAY AWAY FOR YOUR HEALTH

Needs to get a tobacco license to be a turn key service until then they will continue to be only as good as they have vision for.

This places problem is consistency. The most recent review about employees charging different prices based on who you are is completely true. The hours they have posted on here are inaccurate, they close whenever they feel like it. I shouldn’t have to call every single time I plan on heading there to make a purchase, but whenever I don’t, I always end up making the 12 minute walk just to find them closed. It’s beyond frustrating. Every time I call they say they’re closing at 10:50pm. Every. Single. Time. On Wednesday, I just walked over without calling and the gate was shut. Wasn’t even 10:30 yet. I went back the next day at the same time, and they were open. The fact that their pricing and products are also inconsistent just makes it worse. The $10 preroll I bought from them yesterday was smaller than the $10 preroll I had gotten from them the week prior. Sometimes the $15 are the same size as the $10 ones. There was one time my cousin went for me and she came back with HUGE $10 prerolls that I had never even seen before. It just isn’t a good way to run a business at all. Playing with peoples hard earned money and time is never the way to go.

Despite my clear indication of preferring CBD-only products due to my heightened sensitivity to THC, she persistently directed me towards items containing THC, ignoring my concerns. When I inquired about THC levels, she condescendingly explained that they were at 0.3%, a proportion she attempted to trivialize by comparing it to 1/100. Despite my explicit request to avoid products with psychoactive effects, she misled me into purchasing a product with THC content, resulting in unexpected adverse effects. It is imperative that management ensures their staff possess thorough product knowledge to avoid misinformation and prevent potential harm to consumers.
