Initially, I frequented this shop due to its quality service and products. However, the last couple visits I’ve sworn never to go back after really bad experiences. Hopeful it was just a bad day, it’s only gotten more disappointing. The establishment seems to have undergone a decline, with outdated products being pushed onto customers, perhaps to clear unsold inventory. This shift in quality and service standards has led to a decrease in overall satisfaction with my visits. I will find somewhere else to go from now on and suggest the same for future customers.

Alauna was extremely helpful. I've been wanting to find a new vape but wasn't sure what I wanted. They walked me through all of the models and informed me of the differences. Will be back!

This shop is the best! I was blown away by the kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable service I received. Alauna greeted and helped me right away, educating me about all of the best options for what I was looking for, and even allowed me to try a few different flavors until I found my favorite! There is clearly a lot of care that goes into the atmosphere here, and a reason for all of the good reviews. 😊 Last, but not least: the shop itself is beautiful! Lots of local art, very clean & well maintained.
