Wonderful employees and great management! They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a really good but semi smaller selection of mods and tanks. I personally think it makes the shopping experience much better when you're looking for your new vape. It's not like going into a random headshop where they have an overwhelming amount of mods and you feel completely lost and the employees have zero information on any of them. I have been coming to Smokeless for years. It's clean and chill. I absolutely adore smokeless and their wonderful crew. I really couldn't recommend this place enough!

I came in looking for some help choosing a vape, and Sydney gave me hella user-friendly, efficient, informative rundowns of all of their options. Her presentations could have been a TED talk. 1000/10, super helpful. Sydney at the Woodbury location on 7/23/24 was beyond helpful. She was the epitome of customer service. I went in wanting to ditch the disposable geek bars for something healthier and local. Sydney listened to my concerns, preferences, and really tailored the experience for me. I don't know if I would have been sold, had it not been for the exceptional vibes and support from the moment I walked in the door. Long story short: I threw my geek bar in their garbage, and am incredibly happy with my purchase. For anyone else with concerns over the unregulated market of disposable vapes, and looking for a healthier and trust-worthy option, highly recommend smokeless in Woodbury in order to smoke less.
