As soon as I walked in i was greeted by an employee named Logan, he was wicked down to earth and instantly made me feel comfortable, i told him what type of vape juices I was looking for and he led me right over to the perfect section. He was super knowledgeable on most of the products in the store even recommended some of his personal favorites. He even convinced me to buy 4 bottles of juice instead of 3 because he told me about the 15% off promo, and to top it off if it wasn't for him asking if i needed coils or accessories i would have completely forgotten my wifes coils. He's amazing. You have a great employee on your hands there treat him right. I hope to see him in future visits.

Very nice experience tonight. Visited to buy a couple items and have a look around at their interesting inventory. Nathaniel, the associate working tonight was incredibly knowledgeable and wonderfully helpful. In fact, both associates there tonight were pleasant and engaging. Very welcoming for sure. In particular, it was Nathanial's effort and professionalism that made my visit memorable, and will be the reason I come back. Thank you Nathaniel. Recommendation: This is a nice small business in Nashua that stands apart from the rest. I recommend to anyone in the area. 👍

I stopped by yesterday to grab some replacement pods for my wife, and was helped by an amazingggg associate named Haleigh, she really knew her stuff, she asked if the vape i had now had pods that leaked which they do when i responded yes she pointed out the new vaperesso and said she's personally used it and these pods don't leak. She seemed extremely trust worthy so i bought one for myself and one for my wife along with pod refills and juice. Thanks so much Haleigh you deserve a raise and promotion their lucky to have you.

Everyone there is SO great. I go there for all my vapes and most of them know me well enough now to know what I would and wouldn't enjoy. Logan is really helpful, we went over the new geek bars and had a nice conversation as well. It's a very welcoming environment as soon as you walk in. Thank you Logan and everyone!

I dealt with Nick today and he was fantastic! He fixed an issue I was having and helped me pick out a great new vape. I definitely recommend dealing with him whenever you shop at the E. Otterson location in Nashua. I shop here all the time and every time, the staff is inviting and kind and with Nick as the manager, now I know why
