Great store with friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are always happy to help and I really enjoy shopping there for health products for me and my family.

Jeoff is the best sales representative you've ever met. Unfortunately, he retired last year. However, the store still has excellent staff, and I always find everything I need. I love Super Supplements, and this particular location is the best. I stocked up on a bunch of vitamins for the kids before they're off to college. I spent $125 on all kinds of goodies. I highly recommend. Make sure you download the app for coupons and savings.

I’ve been coming to super supplements for about six years now. My status is gold. I only mention that to say I've spent alot of money with this company and I have only gotten my supplements from vitamin Shoppe. They have a clearly stated return policy, and one thing I’m noticing is a lot of their employees. Don’t know how to do returns, and they aren’t very well trained. And it’s OK to not know how to do your job at times, but what they tend to do when they don’t know what they’re doing is make up some sad excuse of why they’re not allowed to do the return. and it’s OK to not know how to do your job at times, but what they tend to do when they don’t know what they’re doing is make up some sad excuse of why they’re not allowed to do the return in this situation the return policy was printed right in my face and I’m trying to read it to the manager her name was Laura P. Long story short, she’s telling me that she couldn’t do the return because it has to be returned to that same store that it was purchased from. " Customers may return any opened or unopened merchandise purchased from any Vitamin Shoppe channel to any Vitamin Shoppe store within 30 days. When accompanied by a receipt the customer will receive the return in the original form of payment. Without a receipt, the customer will receive a merchandise credit for the lowest selling price during the prior 30 days, unless they are a Healthy Awards member in which case you can look up their purchase history to determine the price that was paid for the item. " all I would say is please train your employees on how to do their job she didn’t even know how to work the computer and she’s the store manager and I’m not trying to be mean or rude but it’s a inconvenience to the customers If she doesn’t know how to do her job and not familiar with the policies.
