Update: Management's response, suggesting I continue shopping there without addressing the issue, is troubling. I want to clarify that my visit on 7/21 was at the Manhattan Circle location. The younger female employee was checking IDs. It seems the older female employee denied the incident, which is concerning. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service and management practices. ---------------------------------------- In today's economy, every bit of money counts, and even the smallest tip deserves a thank you. Unfortunately, my recent experience at this location was disappointing. The older lady at register 1 set the products down on the counter rather than handing them to me. It felt disrespectful, as it would if I had just placed the money on the counter instead of handing it to her. To make matters worse, she didn’t even thank me for the tip. It's disheartening, especially since tipping is meant to acknowledge good service. I hope management addresses this issue to improve customer service standards.

As I put in my 2 weeks I wanted to shout some people out and give an honest review of the store. First of all I’d like to contextualize this by saying I’m not friends with anyone here. I’ve kept my work and private life separate so nothing I say is biased. #1 I genuinely thank Kerry for the opportunity. He is a solid dude and family man. He runs a tight ship, but it is a well oiled machine. I also admire that he doesn’t ask you to do anything he doesn’t do. He takes pride in serving customers and even vacuums the floor. The vacuum thing is impressive to me because it shows that while he has managerial responsibilities, he does not think any work is beneath him. #2 Will Carey takes his job very seriously.. in a great way. Apparently someone used to “live” in the attic and Will literally ends his shift everyday by sprinting up there to make sure no one has moved in. It’s hilarious, unnecessary and shows his dedication to his job. #3 Pat. Pat is the man. What you see is what you get. He has a great balance of professionalism while keeping it fun. I cannot recommend him for a high enough position at Terrapin/Dialed In. #4 Chelsea is super smart to say the absolute least. She genuinely cares about her customers. She reads the weed almanac when she gets home and sees what studies have recently been published so she doesn’t miss anything! She’s all in. #5 Olivia consistently keeps the vibes super high. She’s an extremely genuine and kind person and has been an absolute joy to work with. She’s worked in every part of the industry and deserves to be recognized for how well-rounded she is at her job. #6 Josh is the most interesting man in the world. Stylish, confident and also super, super knowledgeable. #7 Hailey works hard. She is very good at her job but it’s the east coast work ethic that really stands out to me. No one outworks her. No one. #8 last but not least I know Will (not the AM Will) is leaving soon as well but I love the guy’s passion to make not just work but the world a better place. He’s all heart. It is not an easy decision to leave but I will be taking a job more relevant to the psychology degree I am pursuing and helping kids with autism transition to public schools. All good things gotta come to an end. I enjoyed my time here and I wish everyone nothing but the absolute best. Genuinely thankful for the opportunity. Also, I’d like to thank a few of my favorite customers.. Chris B is one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet. His energy is infectious. He lights up a room without fail. Andre is the man. Solid as it gets. Joanne D and Chris B are similar in the sense that their energy is not just infectious, but warm. Never stop laughing Joanne, the world appreciates you for the joy you bring it. I thank not just my co-workers but just to name a few customers that helped ease my anxiety as I transitioned into this job. On the corporate side, there has been a lot of transition since we got bought out and I feel like we are finally hitting our stride. I highly recommend this store as a consumer or for potential work. The best dispo in Boulder! Best prices for quality and the budtenders are top notch! Shout out to Billy for helping me get what I needed and helping me make sure I’m set up on loyalty points, im so glad they are back!!! 🙏

The staff and budtenders have been very nice but I just really loved their old setup so much more. I really enjoyed one of the few shops to seal and bag their weed. When you do the bulk jar to little jar method, the flower just gets super dry and nasty. I hate that so many places do this. Their old, bagged, discount tier strains ($14 for an eighth) were just amazing. They had numerous types and everything was super moist and very strong. You could really taste the difference and certain ones like Hells OG were so popular they sold out quick. Prices went up to nearly $18 for their bottom tier eighth. At that point, and the fact it’s just plastic containers, I started driving the 10 min north to another shop where you can get an 8th for $~$14 still. Certain staff were very nice, but a few male staff would just never do any basic greeting when I got there. I had to say hi several times and things felt cold from certain staff. They had a sweet weekly schedule of discounts I hope comes back. Maybe someday the “new owner” will bring back the bagged sealed fresh bud. I’ll try them again in a few months and cross my fingers.
