I had a LOT of questions, and the staff was so helpful! It's been an extremely long time since I've experienced superior customer service... so long, in fact, that I'd basically forgotten exactly what superior customer service felt and looked like. Hello, I'm in the store located at 3504 Samson Way, and at the counter they sell Snow Ball 3.5 for $50, I chose the first one in line because they look more crowded, and the store manager, named Cris, refused me the purchase, he told me that he would not sell me that one because he needs to sell the older ones, I told him that I wanted the one he chose from the display case, and he closed the door in my face and said that he would not sell me anything, I told him that for and He told me that he wouldn't sell me because he chooses what I should smoke, I don't think it's fair that they put something on the counter and they don't want to sell it, simply because he sells the oldest ones, or is it a sales tactic to put the oldest ones full of firsts, and the moment you eat they give you something very small. I buy regularly 3 to 4 times a week and I buy 3.5 every time I go, and today they just lost a big client, I was not rude and was very patient with Cris's attitude, who was very rude and closed me down the door in the face, and I will spread this site on my social networks and to all my friends because they really have to learn to respect a client because these are not cheap purchases
