The Medicine Shoppe

When I used the medicine shoppe they always took great care of us always friendly unlike Kroger or CVS.. but they will always help you out with any questions or concerns with common decency! Great place to go if you need to.

They would not fill a prescription for me. Never filled there before. They don't fill for my doctor. Although my sister fills there and they are good to her. I have friends who also fill there and they say they are awesome but I wouldn't know personally bc again they would not fill for me.

I've been using the medicine shoppe since 2015. For the past 12 months I've been there once every 30 days to pick up my ADHD medication. I was due for a refill today so I called to request it. Spoke to a woman named Audrey who was very friendly. She said they would begin filling it. Was called back later to be told they no longer filled telemed scripts. After wondering why they never gave me a call to notify me they would no longer be able to fill my scripts I called back and politely inquired why they didn't call to notify me of this. I would have been able to address the issue before it became one had they done this. I was given no answer. The man I talked to was named Lance. He could not tell me when they stopped filling telemed scripts either. It's obvious that the woman named Audrey whom I spoke to did not know they had stopped filling such scripts as she initially told me they could. poor communication on behalf of staff. Also not knowledgable of ones own policies.

Never fills anything right or on time and very rude

This place is a joke. Very rude pharmacist with a napoleon complex that puts words in peoples mouths. For you to think you know better than dr that has been practicing medicine for 30+ years because of your 6 year degree is a disgrace to your field. For this place to try and tell me what i should and should no be prescribed for any given condition is not your job, if that is what you wish to do, maybe you should open a family practice of your own instead of trying to do so at a pharmacy.
