The Vitamin Shoppe

Vitamin Shoppe, where can I begin? I want to start out that my first encounter with one of your cashiers was an awesome one, very helpful and directed me to location of product I was searching for! I was amazed by abundance and variety of vitamins, protein powders and protein snacks! It was my first time shopping and I will keep coming back!!!! Wish there was a location closer to me in Wisconsin!

The Woodbury store is great. The manager Danny always has a positive attitude with great product knowledge. The staff is always super friendly to get to know you, also keeping the store updated and inform their customers about the latest deals.

Excellent customer service. I continue to return regularly for the great products and expert assistance I get.

This location advertises price matching but the staff fights it every step of the way. I like going there but I go less and less everytime they deny price matching. There's plenty of things I buy that I don't have a lower price for, but I really don't like the false advertising and staff acting like a price match affects their paycheck. There's one guy who actually does it as it's meant. But if he's not there I don't even want to walk into the place. I'll be going online and to other stores from now on. Finally lost me as a customer today.

I've been coming to this store for about as long as it's been open and will continue to do so. Wonderful customer service. Will honor online and Vitamin Shoppe app discounts. They offer to apply rewards (instead of me having to ask, like at other places). Very knowledgeable about their products as well as other products within the industry. Great parking. Easy access off the highway.
