The Vitamin Shoppe

This location is staffed with some of the friendliest and most helpful people I've had the pleasure of doing business with! Great selection of products. The store branded products are of good quality and priced fairly. Overall this is my favorite place to shoppe! Pun intended.

Had everything I needed and was clean. I used to work for Vitamin Shoppe so I know they're supposed to hound you with questions and what not. Thankfully the guy working was nice and let me look without making me feel uncomfortable.

Having worked in retail, I know that last-minute customers who show up right when the store is about to close, can be a real pain. Today, I called the Maplewood, MN location to ask the sales associate what would be the easiest way to place an order, knowing that my friend was on his way and may arrive close to closing time. The sales associate asked what it was I was looking for and instructed me to visit the website and place the order; in the meantime, he would prepare the order and wait for my friend's arrival. My friend showed up at 7pm (the store closed at 7pm), but true to his word, the sales associate ran right out to hand deliver the order. Wow! Talk about amazing customer service!! Too often in the retail industry, we hear about poor customer service. However, my friend and I want to extend our gratitude to this worker for going out of his way to make our experience exceptional. While we didn't get his name, we are hoping that this review gets recognized and our thanks is passed on to him.

Big deal. You get what you want. Order online and pick up the stuff. Call ahead of time to see if there open or not. Help yourself make life easy. Personally I like this location because it's right off Hwy. 694 & White Bear Ave.

I stopped going to this store yrs ago bc of the service. Bc I can not walk far, chose your again hopping the service would be different (better). It was not. There was one other customer in the store. One employee was helping her. I knew what I wanted. But didn't know where to find it. I polightly asked the guy on the floor to point me in the right direction. So I could find what I needed and get out. Finally I took 3 bottles up to checkout. The guy was oblivious to what I needed. He was ready to ring me up and get rid of me. Still no other costumers on store. Next he wanted to sell a membership, next he wanted me to buy a larger size. But never interested in what I wanted. I don't think I'll be back.
