The guys are rude, he kept holding the item and it make you feel that you are stolen it. Also the prices are so high comparing to Seattle tobacco prices which is insane. Overall you can find the things you need in many other places. Below is an response to the owner comment 5/22: I believe any item on any counter or shelf is permitted to be check by customer unless it is behind a counter that allows customers to pay or if there is a sign that asks customer to ask for help and no self-service the hookah flavor shelf is not a place where customers pay and did not have a sign that asks customers not to touch and that why I went to that shelf and checked the items. If this what made ack really rude same as your response below you may mentioned to me that you will help in the flavor and to step back instead of the behavior you acted. For prices, I compared to Seattle since tobacco flavor is considered one of expensive cities in US. Not sure how judgmental you are when you are saying seems I had a bad day, and it is not a good thing to judge your customers on personal things if they had a good or bad day

This is my favorite local tobacco shop! Everyone is always so kind and helpful! They honestly went above and beyond for me to find precisely what i was looking for. Been coming here for a few years now & will continue to come back! They are great!
