When you first opened the people were awesome. Next time I went in it sucked. Stopped by this evening (11/19) and Bethany helped me out. She's fantastic and I'm happy to bring my business here again. Give girl a raise or recognize her in some way please.

I've been buying my tobacco and tubes here for 6 months or so now. The inventory is always low. Gambler red was completely gone and so were the tubes. Like usual. The staff always says we need to put an order in. Buy some extra. A few less bongs and lighter cases and you'd have plenty of storage for it.

I went in with hardly any knowledge about THC vapes. Needed a bunch of questions answered and guidance on what to purchase. Jahlae was on duty and helped me so much! She was pleasant, knowledgeable, and so friendly. I am thankful for her and because of her, I will be returning. Thank you Jahlae!!

Was randomly in the area and saw the banner from 96 so decided to stop in. What a great selection!!! Lots of glass, many unique pieces. Had other items I hadn’t seen at other smoke shops! Had to bring my fiancé back the next day so he could see all the cool stuff! Will go out of my way to shop here. For sure!

store had Top Gold 100 MM tubes labeled $4.09 (they were $2.99 last month), rang up as $5.10, but I didn't catch it until I got home. Tobacco bags are now 6 ounces instead of 16 ounces ($19.99 last month) and are $$9.99 each ($19.98 total for 2 bags), so you get 4 ounces less of tobacco. Outrageous price increases. I won't be back.
