I love this place. Both locations are great actually. Friendly and informative staff, and a rewards program where I earn points for store credit on things I buy. I’m here at least once a week getting products that I enjoy. It’s to the point that when I come in, I’m out of there in less than 5 min. The staff is attentive as well. They already know or have an idea of what I come in for and always inform me on new products that relate and upcoming possible sales. For instance last Halloween there were bogo sales on my product and the staff sent out an email informing me of this so I could capitalize on the opportunity. I can sit here and talk all day about a place that I like. Hope this helps 🤙🏽

Pricing is good and inventory is expansive but the employees are rude and dismissive. Everytime I go in they seemed annoyed they had a customer.

This place is clean, has a wide selection of juices ranging from premium to in house, the staff is knowledgeable, it's a great place over all. I'll definitely be going back for more juices and other stuff.

Have purchased regularly for 3+ years. Today that ended. Yesterday a battery I purchased from MadVapes blew up while being charged. Luckily I was near it and got it before it started a fire. Today I took the battery into madvapes and was told 'since it was purchased over a month ago' Madvapes would not make it right. Now, a battery blowing up, that could have started a fire is a pretty big issue with an item that an establishment has sold. If I were the establishment, I would take this serious, as just the idea that purchasing items from my establishment could burn your house down being on the internet could harm sales drastically. So even if you take out 'doing the right thing for your customers' (which we all agree should be the standard business model) a successful business thought pattern should be to do what is possible for public opinion to stay positive. Unfortunately Madvapes has failed on all levels here. Consequently, as I stated in the beginning, I will not spend another dollar in this establishment. I highly suggest you take this into consideration if you are trying to decide if you should spend your money with them as well.

They only want money they don't ever help you out if any problems come up and they don't take responsibility FOR ANYTHING. Don't give them 5 stars don't give them any EXPOSURE.
