I bought a brand new hookah from them for the hookah to be broken. When I took it back with my receipt they advised they dont dp refunds or store credit. At least could of replaced the broken part. This hoookah was $65. Person worked there act as if it was not their problem. Told me to come back Tuesday to speak with a manager. Its Sunday. Please do not waste your time. Other smoke shops down the street. $65 down the strain!

This location has truly turned around with the new management! The staff are super helpful and informative. They offer discounts when you buy in bulk, and they've always got different deals going on! Their hemp bar is any GA smokers dream come true! The staff are very strict on checking IDs and they do require physical versions, but with it being an adult shop that's understandable.
